LAKEHOUSE - PHASE 2

For Phase 2 of our Lakehouse Project, we took on a major transformation of the second level, expanding both the function and the feeling of this secondary home in a big way.

Unlike Phase 1, this phase included a mix of thoughtful enhancements and full-scale redesign. We kept a few key elements in the media room and main living space, then elevated them with carefully selected furniture, art, and lighting to make everything feel intentional, layered, and inviting.

In other areas, the changes were dramatic: what was once a lower level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was reimagined into a highly functional guest wing featuring three guest bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a second laundry room. We created a space designed to host effortlessly, comfortably, and beautifully.
