LAKEHOUSE - PHASE 1

For Phase 1 of our Lakehouse Project, we focused on transforming the upper level of this secondary home to make it feel distinctly theirs.

With a thoughtful mix of elevated finishes and warm, welcoming details, we added slatted wood accents to the already stunning kitchen and butler’s pantry, and introduced a marble-clad vanity with an integrated sink in the primary bathroom for a clean, timeless statement.

From there, we curated the finishing layers of lighting, art, and furnishings to bring this Lakehouse retreat the perfect balance of elegant and cozy, creating a space that feels both refined and effortlessly lived-in.
